BD-100 : Backdraft Damper, Horizontal Mount
Model BD-100 is a horizontal-mount backdraft damper designed to permit vertical upward airflow while preventing reverse (downward) airflow when the fan is off. Blades open in response to system pressure differential and close by gravity to provide dependable backflow prevention without external power or controls. Commonly used as an accessory for power roof ventilators and centrifugal roof exhaust fans.
