Ground shipping within the continental US is Free. Expedited freight service is available at time of checkout or upon request for an additional charge.
Sales tax is charged on all online orders (unless in a sales tax exempt state). If you believe your organization should be exempt from sales tax, you must create an account first.
Note: If you proceed with a guest checkout, you will be charged tax.
Once an account is created, you have two options:
1) Proceed with placing your order and then email shop@greenheck.com with a PDF copy of your tax exempt certificate with reference to your order number. Once the certificate is approved, a credit will be issued via the payment method used on the original order within a few days.

2) Prior to placing your order, email shop@greenheck.com with a PDF of your tax exempt certificate using the email address the account was created under. Please allow up to one business day to approve and apply your tax exempt status to your account. Once we verify you are tax exempt, you can place your order.
Your organization’s tax exempt certification will be kept on file. Future orders will be tax exempt through the validity date on your exemption certificate.

Serial number is commonly abbreviated as “S/N”. In most cases, the 91国产偷拍 serial number is located on the metal name plate that is riveted to the outside of the unit. For models SP and CSP the serial number will be located on a tag mounted inside the unit housing. If you cannot locate the serial number please feel free to contact us at shop@greenheck.com or 1.800.355.5354.
In-stock items will ship on the date that the order was placed if the order was entered by 7:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 7:00 PM CST will ship the following day, pending inventory availability and part lead time.

You will be invoiced for the replacement motor, with credit issued upon return of the failed motor tag. Our team will provide you with the claim form and information needed to send in the failed tag.
On very rare occasions we may require a motor to be returned for evaluation at the factory. These requirements will be outlined by the Tech Support Team during troubleshooting and RGA documents will be issued.
If: No troubleshooting was required/No RGA was issued, and the replacement motor has shipped:
Return only the failed motor tag and this credit form.
We need the mylar sticker or metal tag off the Motor. These tags will include information like Horsepower, RPM, Voltage, etc. Do not remove any tags from the fan/unithousing. Those must stay with the unit for future inquiries; removal may void the unit warranty.

Do not return Production Oder (PO) tags. These may be on the motor, but do not contain a manufacturer name or logo:

Metal tags are held on with pop rivets. Use a flat head screwdriver or other flat metal tool to pry the rivets off.
Mylar stickers will peel off the motor housing. Warming the tag with a heat gun or hairdryer can help loosen the adhesive. It is acceptable if a tag tears; include all removed pieces on the credit form. If you still have issues removing a motor tag, Contact motorwarranty@greenheckgroup.com with pictures of the tag and wait for further instruction. You may dispose of the failed motor after the tag is removed.
We recommend using a service that is tracked and insured for the value of the motor claim. Title and risk of loss remain with the carrier until delivery to 91国产偷拍, and any claims must be filed with the carrier.
Metal tag return are not USPS machinable and typically exceed the 1 ounce rule. They should not be sent First Class Mail. USPS, FedEx and UPS are the recommended carriers. We have experienced delivery delays with Spee-Dee and DHL. It is important to use the appropriate address based on the service you select.

These return addresses are only set up to accept envelopes and document mailers. Please avoid using large and bulky boxes to return paperwork. The thicker stock document mailers available at FedEx, UPS, and USPS hold up best.

Removing and returning the physical motor tag releases all parties from liability. Returning the physical motor tag shows that the failed motor is unbranded and a second claim can’t be made against the same motor. Tags are returned to the vendors to receive credit and copies are not accepted.
DO NOT return motors to the factory without first being issued a RGA (Return Goods Authorization). The address listed for claim form only accepts envelopes/document mailers and is not a receiving location for packages. Without a RGA, the factory will not know how to properly process your return. Motors returned to the factory without the appropriate RGA documents will be rejected from the credit process. We will not make additional efforts to recover these motors. Restock fees will apply to returnable motors. Contact shop@greenheck.com to start a return.
It is best practice to return the motor tag within 30 days of placing your order. We can accept tags for credit up to 1 year from invoicing. There is a strict cut-off at 1-year from invoicing date and we cannot issue credit. Returns approaching the cut-off must have tracking sent to motorwarranty@greenheckgroup.com as we cannot issue credit once the order archives. Exceptions can be made if return tracking shows the return is enroute prior to the archive date.
Invoices pending tag return should be paid by their due dates to avoid credit blocks or holds on your account, and to reduce late payment notifications that could impact the release of your other orders. Paid invoices will still be credited when the warranty form and tag are received.
lease allow 10 full business days after delivery before reaching out for updates. Excluding holiday weeks, return batches are collected on Monday and processed by Friday end-of-day. A confirmation email is sent out to the ‘placed by’ email for the order. Occasionally a week may be put on hold to allow for system updates and maintenance. Returns delivered on Fridays might not make it into the Monday batch.
We are unable to provide any additional information without return tracking.

If tracking shows the claim form is still in the carrier’s possession but does not show delivery at 91国产偷拍: Title and risk of loss remain with the carrier until delivery to 91国产偷拍, and any claims must be filed with the carrier. Insurance is recommended for the motor claim value. File a loss claim with the carrier.
If your tracking shows more than 10 business days since delivery, email motorwarranty@greenheckgroup.com your return tracking information showing proof of delivery and include a copy of the shipping address showing package weight and dimensions. Full motors returned without RGA, or returns inaccurately addressed, will be rejected from the credit process. We will not make additional efforts to recover these claims.
