The WD-120 backdraft damper is designed for horizontal mounting to allow vertical upward airflow while preventing reverse flow when the system is off. Its intake flange provides a secure, straightforward duct connection for vertical airflow applications. The damper opens in response to differential air pressure鈥攁ssisted by springs for responsive performance鈥攁nd closes by gravity to maintain proper system operation. An optional motorpack allows conversion to motorized operation, offering added flexibility for applications requiring powered control.
